What could be more frustrating than to have to always call your web master when you want to do something or hire someone to make adjustments to your website?

I mean, not knowing this could end up costing you unnecessarily.

I have many sites that I own personally that require attention from time to time. Without having this information at my fingertips, even the most basic of updates could turn into a day long project. And I might have some information here, and some information there, I can eventually find it – but I have better, more profitable things to do with my time. And I suspect you do too.

So, I’m sharing my document with anyone who wants it, all you have to do is tell me where to send it. Here’s a partial screenshot of what you’ll get – of course it will be regular size this is just to show you that you’ll be putting data within each field.

If you have only one website you’ll be happy all this information is in one place and within your reach. If you have more than one, you might already have this type of document and if you don’t – get this one and use it!

One of the main values of our organization is empowerment to go along with the decision to delegate. By all means, have your website master make the edits, but if something happens either permanently or just for a week that would take that person out of the picture, you can be at a position of choice to wait or to grab someone for a quick change and give them what they need in terms of access.
